Differences Staff & Workers

STAFF are those who are in the Organizational Structure of the Company held positionsthat have obligations, responsibilities and authorities to help implement the company's policy thinking in an effort to achieve and smooth progress of the company.
Staff are included in the class of certain positions are those who have the responsibilityas thinkers, planners, implementers and controlling the way companies work, work thatcan not be restricted by the working time determined by the company in accordancewith laws and regulations.
Workers are those who work as direct labor (workers or field workers) and the possibleoperation of any existing project, it works even harder worker payment system can be in accordance with the heavy work.
General characteristics of knowledge workers is that they are thirsty to learn, andcontinue to develop the knowledge, thus contributing to the company continues toincrease along with increasing knowledge.
A major challenge for organizations is how to identify, attract, develop and maintain (notjust physically, but also the performance) of the Knowledge Worker.
